Aside from the head coaching change to start the season and the entire– Mike D’Antoni drama, the Knicks are nowhere near playoff contention with only a few more games remaining before the ”second season” starts.
As if that wasn’t enough, the just saw their situation go from bad to worse. Danilo Gallinari, probably the only remaining bright spot in the future of Knicks basketball, left New York to head back home to Italy.
